All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Technical Organiser:

Cancellation costs:
- Cancellation before 15 August, 2010 – 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
- Cancellation after 15 August, 2010 – no refund will be given after this date
All refunds will be paid after the Forum.
